      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix
  2. Dough
  3. 20min in fridge or overnight
  4. Roll on 1 several times - lightly dust with rice flour or GF flour prior to rolling to desired consistently
  5. After using pasta maker cutter toss pasta in a little rice flour or GF flour and hang until ready to cook.
  6. Add to rolling boiled water - note cooks quickly - watch and check once rises
