Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Add more curry powder if you like it hotter. This is not hot at all so my 2 and 5 year old happily eat it.

Thank you for this recipe. I did use 2.5 teaspoons of curry powder and that worked great for us. Still wasn't that hot with the extra curry.
Had just a bit too much liquid. That is the only change I would make - less water.
Will definitely make it again!
I also steamed my own chicken breast and shredded it rather than a BBQ chicken but it woukd still work beautifully with a BBQ chook I'm sure!
