- 170 g flour, cake
- 30 g Butter
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 1500 g Milk
- to taste cinnamon sugar

- 1 Place 125 g flour, 30 g butter and ½ tsp salt in mixing bowl.
Mix 10 sec / Reverse / Speed 4.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
Mix 10 sec / Reverse / Speed 4.
Remove flour mixture from bowl and set aside.
2 Without cleaning the mixing bowl, weigh in 1500 g milk.
Heat milk 10 min / 98°C / Reverse / Speed 2.
Extend cooking time if necessary to reach 98°C.
3 When the milk has reached the desired temperature, add the flour mixture to the milk and mix 7 sec / Reverse / Speed 3.
Continue cooking for 10 min / Reverse / Speed 2.
4 Using the spatula, gently mix the melkkos from the bottom up to evenly distribute the lumps.
The melkkos should contain small, soft lumps and not be completely smooth.
Serve with cinnamon sugar to taste.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
