Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place the onion, carrot and ginger in the bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 62. Scrape down sides, add oil and sauté 100 deg/3 minutes "Gentle stir setting"
3. Add soy sauce, honey, vegetable stock and water and cook 100 degrees/1 min/speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation"
4. Add noodles and chicken to the bowl and cook Varoma/4 mins/speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation"
I serve this up with a hard boiled egg. It's also nice with a touch of chilli and coriander.

kids ate this. boiled 2 "cakes" of Ayam instant noodles beforehand instead of using Hokkien noodles. FYI the steps don't seem to show when the baby spinach goes in.
I thought I'd give this a go
I thought I'd give this a go and was really surprised with how yummy it was!! The ginger hit makes it. I served it with a side of steamed beans & broccoli. I only used 1T vege stock. Garnished with coriander...delish! Thanks.
