Ingredients

Pork and Apple Rissoles

  • 150 g carrot, peeled
  • 150 g green apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 heaped teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoons chicken stock paste
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons Sage, chopped
  • 1 pinches white pepper
  • 1 teaspoons ground allspice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Roughly chop apple, carrot and parsley, then add to mixer bowl.

    Chop 4 sec / speed 6 / MC off.

    Place in Nut Milk bag and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Return miture to bowl, breadk up clumps. Add mince in small peices and add remaining ingredients.

    Combine for 3 sec / speed 6 / MC off using spatula to help combine.
  3. Form rissoles making 12 balls and flatten both sides with hand.

    Cook 15-16 minues in airfryer at 200° until cooked (Internal temp of 71°tmrc_emoticons.;)
