Pork and Apple Rissoles
- 150 g carrot, peeled
- 150 g green apple, peeled and cored
- 1 heaped teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 500 g pork mince
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons chicken stock paste
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons Sage, chopped
- 1 pinches white pepper
- 1 teaspoons ground allspice

- Roughly chop apple, carrot and parsley, then add to mixer bowl.
Chop 4 sec / speed 6 / MC off.
Place in Nut Milk bag and squeeze out excess moisture. - Return miture to bowl, breadk up clumps. Add mince in small peices and add remaining ingredients.
Combine for 3 sec / speed 6 / MC off using spatula to help combine. - Form rissoles making 12 balls and flatten both sides with hand.
Cook 15-16 minues in airfryer at 200° until cooked (Internal temp of 71°
