Salmon Patties & Quacamole



Salmon Patties

  • 150g fresh salmon fillet, Defrost if frozen
  • 80g chick peas, Can or soaked
  • 50g frozen peas, Frozen or fresh
  • level tsp dill, fresh
  • 5g flat parsley
  • 5g lemon zest, grated
  • ground pepper
  • lemon wedges to serve

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Salmon Patties & Quacamole
  1. Salmon Patties: Insert chick Peas in bowl chop 3 sec, speed 5. Insert remaing ingredients for patties and chop 3 sec, speed 5. Shape mixture into patties & cook in a heated pan for 5 mins.
  2. Quacamole: Insert avocado, & 1 tabs of natural yoghurt (optional) and lemon juice & chillie flakes in the bowl & chop 1 sec, speed 5. Add tomatoes sliced small and insert in the bowl 1 sec on stir.
  3. Serve & garnish with Parsley & lemon wedges.

1. Adding yoghurt to the avocado gives the quacalome a creamy texture.
