Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Thanks for r posting this recipe! It was delicious! I am a THERMOMIX newbie and this was my first recipe using the basket and Veroma basket. I've a lot to explore. I took the advice given and use a lot less milk in the potatoes.

This was delicious. Only changes i made was 1tsp curry powder at same time as Worcestershire and Dijon as it didn't say how much curry paste in ingredient list, and i only added 1/2 cup milk to potatoes which was about 160g. Really yummy !!

This recipe was awesome. I did however, find the mash potato to be really bland so would advise to add seasoning/ stock of choice.

A few minor adjustments. Didn’t add curry paste, had no Dijon mustard so used wholegrain instead (that worked fine), used less milk in mash as per other suggestions.
We found the dish to be nice enough, the meat mixture was a little runny, it could have done with some salt & pepper to season but overall it was a good winter dinner.

Great easy dish, a real crowd pleaser. Didn't add curry paste and found the potatoes a bit too runny so will definitely use less milk/butter next time. Highly recommend making this dish as it was full of flavour and my fussy kids thought it a winner!

No idea what happened.
Half way through the cooking of the ingredients I noticed it was starting to burn teh bottom of jug. Was the 100g water not enough? Anyway, moving on I stopped it from happening and the pie was amazing. Ultimate success. Perfect ratio of potato to the meat. big winner.

The flavour of the sauce is amazing. The family loved it. I didnt add curry as I didnt have any, not needed. Love the fact that there is no butter / oil in the meat sauce, nice and healthy.

This was my first ever recipe with my new thermo mix. Was amazed that so much can be cooked at once. Would feed a family of 4 no problem. It was delicious. For our families taste, only tweeking required next time, would be a little more salt and not so much milk in the potatoes.
