    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and set for 30 secs at speed 9.

    Check to see it is a fine poweder.

Tip

This is great to make Taco's, Nacho's or Enchiladas.

I use this recipe to make two lots of taco mince at 500g mince each and then freeze. Depending on taste, this recipe may only suit one batch

    Pretty spot on. I halved the quantities as I only wanted one serving. I also put in less chilli, but it was way to spicy, so I added tomato and more stock powder to reduce spice. I would suggest only a tiny amount like 1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes or less. tmrc_emoticons.)
