  • 4 dashes Worcester Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Roughly grate cheese for 10 seconds on speed 5.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.  Mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.

  3. Grill toast lightly on both sides.

  4. Divide mixture into 4 and spread evenly over toast.

  5. Grill until cheese mixture is bubbly and golden.

  6. Serve by itself or with a green salad for a light lunch.

Tip

Add a poached egg on top to make it a buck rarebit.
