Harri's EB Bread Rolls
- 433 g High Grade Flour
- 260 g water
- 26 g oil
- 35 g milk powder
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 2 g bread improver
- 5 g Yeast

"Ferment"
"Counter-clockwise operation" Water, oil, bread improver (lemon juice, milk powder), sugar, flour, yeast, salt last (avoid direct contact with yeast)
- Mix 5 sec on Speed 5
Knead 3 mins on dough function - Transfer to oiled bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size
- Shape into 6 rolls
Place on lined tray and loosely cover. Leave to rise 30-45 mins until puffy - Preheat oven to 200°C
Bake 15-18 minutes until golden
Add to the bowl in this order:
Mix and Knead
First Rise
Shape and 2nd rise
Bake
Tip
If you don't have bread improver you can substitute with 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tspn milk powder..
