  • 433 g High Grade Flour
  • 260 g water
  • 26 g oil
  • 35 g milk powder
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g sugar
  • 2 g bread improver
  • 5 g Yeast

Recipe's preparation

    Add to the bowl in this order:
  1. Ferment"Ferment" Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Water, oil, bread improver (lemon juice, milk powder), sugar, flour, yeast, salt last (avoid direct contact with yeast)
  2. Mix and Knead
  3. Mix 5 sec on Speed 5
    Knead 3 mins on dough function
  4. First Rise
  5. Transfer to oiled bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size
  6. Shape and 2nd rise
  7. Shape into 6 rolls
    Place on lined tray and loosely cover. Leave to rise 30-45 mins until puffy
  8. Bake
  9. Preheat oven to 200°C
    Bake 15-18 minutes until golden

Tip

If you don't have bread improver you can substitute with 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tspn milk powder..
