Pasta Salad Ingredients
- 280 gram pasta of choice
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 2 Small Celery Sticks, roughly chopped
- 1 Red or Green Capsicum, roughly chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion, halved
- 300 grams mayonnaise
- 150 grams sour cream

Recipe's preparation
Place Onion, Carrot, Celery and Capsicum into TMX bowl. Chop 5 Seconds, Speed 5 and set aside.
Into clean TMX bowl, cook Pasta of choice as per EDC cookbook instructions.
Once Pasta is cooked, drain and rinse in cold water.
Into large Salad bowl combine Pasta with the chopped vegetables and stir ingredients together.
Rinse the TMX bowl and add the Mayonnaise and Sour Cream. Mix 5 Seconds, Speed 5.
Pour dressing from bowl over the Pasta Salad and mix well.
Refrigerate until cool and serve.

Good recipe but too much veg for me, so removed about one cup & will not chop for so long as a little too mushy. Used a different recipe for the dressing, but only to take it up a notch.

This is now a weekly staple at our house. Recently took to a BBQ and it was HIT! Also love that it keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days (if it lasts that long).

Waited a long time to make a pasta salad thats just like store brought. so much flavor and so simple to make. i used can corn instead of celery and boiled my pasta on stove while i chopped ingredients and made the dressing. i also doubled the recipe.

I added some sweet corn kernels and swapped the red onion for spring onion. Also added pepper and salt. It tastes better than the one you buy from deli!!!

Great recipe, made for Christmas lunch. I added shredded chicken, omitted the celery and used spring onions in the vege mix instead of red onion with some on top for garnish. Will definitely be makin this again!
