Ingredients
Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 1 onion, quartered
- olive oil spray
- 500 g Tomato pasta sauce, jar
- 20 g olive oil
- 170 g Boiling water
- 500 g Beef mince
- 1 g dried italian herbs
- 325 g spaghetti
- 40 g parmesan
- 80 g bacon, diced
- 75 g breadcrumbs, dried
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock paste
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

- Mill parmesan cheese for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- Add mince, breadcrumbs, bacon and herbs to cheese. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and roll into 16 meatballs.
- Clean and dry mixing bowl. Use spray oil to grease varoma dish and tray. Place meatballs in dish and tray.
- Add pasta sauce, vegetable stock paste and boiling water to bowl. Place varoma in position and cook for 20 minutes steam function speed 1.
- Cook spaghetti in a separate pot as per packet directions.
- Serve meatballs on sauce on top of portioned spaghetti.
