- Half an onion, cut in half
- Half a large carrot, chopped in chunks
- Half a large zucchini, chopped in chunks
- 6 sprigs fresh parsley
- 30g olive oil
- 2 tps veggie stock paste
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300g cream
- 500g water
- 350g pene pasta
- 1 tbs tomato paste

Recipe's preparation
- Place onion, parsley, carrot, zucchini and olive oil in bowl.
- Chop 5 seconds / speed 7
- Scrape sides of bowl
- Cook 3 minutes / varoma temp / reverse speed 1
- Add cream, water, stock paste, salt, tomato paste and curry powder
- Add pasta. Place lid on with simmering basket on top.
- Cook 10 min / 100 degrees / reverse mixing spoon speed.
- Check pasta as it may need to cook for longer.
