Creamy veggie pasta

  • Half an onion, cut in half
  • Half a large carrot, chopped in chunks
  • Half a large zucchini, chopped in chunks
  • 6 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 30g olive oil
  • 2 tps veggie stock paste
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 300g cream
  • 500g water
  • 350g pene pasta
  • 1 tbs tomato paste

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, parsley, carrot, zucchini and olive oil in bowl.
  2. Chop 5 seconds / speed 7
  3. Scrape sides of bowl
  4. Cook 3 minutes / varoma temp / reverse speed 1
  5. Add cream, water, stock paste, salt, tomato paste and curry powder
  6. Add pasta. Place lid on with simmering basket on top.
  7. Cook 10 min / 100 degrees / reverse mixing spoon speed.
  8. Check pasta as it may need to cook for longer.
