- 1 bunch basil,fresh
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh
- 3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 100 grams olive oil
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 500 grams Fresh Spaghetti
- 1 litre water, warm
- 2 fillets skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and cracked pepper
Recipe is created for
Place all the salsa verde ingredients except capers into TM bowl and chop sp6 for 10 secs
Scrape down sides and add 1 Tbs capers to the bowl. Chop for a further 2-3 secs.
Set aside. Do not rinse bowl.
Fill bowl with 1 Litre warm to hot water.
Place chicken peices into top varoma tray and season to taste.
(Optional- Add some salsa verde to chicken prior to cooking)
Place Varoma into position and cook 15mins/Varoma temp/sp3-4.
Remove Varoma and place spaghetti into TM bowl and cook for 5mins"Counter-clockwise operation" Sp2.
Check chicken for readiness. Return Varoma for the remaining time if required.
Remove chicken when cooked and shred with tongs or forks.
Drain spaghetti in rice basket and place into large serving bowl. Stir through salsa verde and shredded chicken.
Stir through lemon juice and remaining capers.
Serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
