- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion (halved)
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock paste TM
- 1 400g Tin Crushed Tomatos
- 1.5 refill Tomato tin with water
- 2 Sweet Potato's, (peeled and chuck chopped)
- 325g arborio rice
- 2 Chorizo's Diced
- 1 30g EVOO
- 50-100g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 60g white wine

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Throw garlic and Onion in TM Bowl, Chop 1 Sec/Sp7
Scrape down sides and add 30g EVVO then saute for 3 mins/100 deg/sp2
Add tin of tomatoes, tin of water, 60g White wine, 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Stock to TM Bowl. Peel and chunk chop Sweet potatos and put into Simmering basket. Cook for 10 mins/Varoma/Sp2.
Using spatula as handle, remove simmering basket and tip sweet potato into bowl, add Arborio rice, and diced Chorizo.
Cook 13 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" Sp2
Tip immediately into Thermoserver to soak up juices for 5-10 mins.
Stir Through 50-100g grated Parmesan before serving.
