Ingredients

Hazelnut Protein Smoothie

  • 250 g Almond milk, Pure Harvest Brand
  • 50 gram banana, Fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoops Wheytella protein powder, Or similar
  • 1 heaped teaspoons Peanut Butter, Mayvers or similar
  • 10 cubes ice

  • 10 cubes ice cubes, More or less if desired.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 1/2 banana
    Add scoop of protein powder
    Add 1cup almond milk
    Add spoon of peanut butter
    Add 10 ice cubes

    Add all ingredients to bowl.
  2. Set timer 30 seconds.
    Set motor for speed 8.
    Set temperature to 0.

    Blend for a further 30seconds if required.

Tip

Can add a shot of coffee for a caffeine hit.
