Hazelnut Protein Smoothie
- 250 g Almond milk, Pure Harvest Brand
- 50 gram banana, Fresh or frozen
- 1 scoops Wheytella protein powder, Or similar
- 1 heaped teaspoons Peanut Butter, Mayvers or similar
- 10 cubes ice
- 10 cubes ice cubes, More or less if desired.

- Add 1/2 banana
Add scoop of protein powder
Add 1cup almond milk
Add spoon of peanut butter
Add 10 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to bowl. - Set timer 30 seconds.
Set motor for speed 8.
Set temperature to 0.
Blend for a further 30seconds if required.
Tip
Can add a shot of coffee for a caffeine hit.
