For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add roughly chopped zucchini, bacon & leek to bowl, Chop 10 sec Spd 5. (Note slightly frozen bacon will chop better)
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl - Flour, eggs, grated cheese, olive oil. Mix 20 seconds, on reverse, speed 4.
- Pour into a greased tin and lightly sprinkle with sweet paprika.
- Bake for 35-40 mins at 180oC until golden, allow to rest for 5 mins before serving
