Recipe's preparation
chop cauliflower roughly and put into TM Bowl. Turbo pulse 2 to 3 times.
add water
cook for 12 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.
add cooking cream and salt and pepper.
30 seconds speed 7.
adjust seasoning to taste.

Insanely simple and delicious! I used 60g of real cream cheese plus water (that stuff inthe tub is full of crap including gelatine) and the result was so good I could have just eaten it with a spoon. Leave out the seasoning and this would be great baby food too.

I used to use my Bamix, but Ms Thermie makes the job so much easier!
Did you know you can use the Thermie to 'grate' it while it's raw, and steam as a rice substitute? It's lovely with a curry.
