Yum! I used pure cream and also added a little fresh Parmesan before "mashing".

    It was delicious

I used a little cream that I had rather than the Philly cooking cream. Paired it with osso buco and it was fantastic together!

So easy and delicious, I used pure cream instead of Philadelphia. It stayed nice and hot in the thermoserver  with some butter melting on top while preparing the rest of our meal. Thank you!

This is awesome! Finally got around to trying it. I've tried other recipe's (non thermomix) and they have never tasted any good. My 5 year old is convinced it's mashed potato haha. This is my new mash potato replacement!

The whole family loved it.  They thought it was potato until I told them! I used a spoon of cream cheese instead of the cream and it was fine.

    Submitted by marnipants on 1. June 2013 - 10:19.

Insanely simple and delicious! I used 60g of real cream cheese plus water (that stuff inthe tub is full of crap including gelatine) and the result was so good I could have just eaten it with a spoon. Leave out the seasoning and this would be great baby food too.

    Thanks for sharing it Joanne!

I love cauli mash. It's a great substitute for mashed potato if you're trying to lose weight or lower your carbs!

I used to use my Bamix, but Ms Thermie makes the job so much easier!

Did you know you can use the Thermie to 'grate' it while it's raw, and steam as a rice substitute? It's lovely with a curry.
