Ingredients
Chilli Almond Dressing:
- 1 tsp Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste
- ½ cup natural almond butter (sugar free)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp low sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1 inch of french ginger, peeled
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pitted date
- ⅓ cup of water

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Mix all ingredients including chilli paste together in a high-speed blender. If there are leftovers they can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The dressing will thicken as it sits so don’t hesitate to include a little water if necessary.
