- 1 tsp Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste
- ½ cup natural almond butter (sugar free)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp low sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1 inch of french ginger, peeled
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pitted date
- ⅓ cup of water

Mix all ingredients including chilli paste together in a high-speed blender. If there are leftovers they can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The dressing will thicken as it sits so don’t hesitate to include a little water if necessary.
