Cooked Millet (awesome alternative to cous cous)

Ingredients

0 portion(s)

  • 300 g hulled millet
  • 1.1 g filtered water

1100g WATER (not 1.1g!!!)

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Set scales. Weigh 1100g water.

    Place basket in Closed lid

    Set scales and weigh 300g millet into basket

    Cook for 20min, Speed 3 Varoma temp.

    When complete fluff with a fork into Thermoserver.

    Ahh this didnt work for me - just realised my millet is un hulled tmrc_emoticons.-(

    No wonder th porridge I made was grainy and not great !!
