  • 1 cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 500 grams water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Butter
  • salt, sea, coarse

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Boil the kettle
    2. Place roughly chopped cauliflower into the TMX bowl and chop speed 4 for 5 seconds until finely chopped.
    3. Scrape cauliflower into rice basket.
    4. Pour 500mls of boiling water into the TMX Bowl.
    5. Insert rice basket containing cauliflower and place the lid and MC on the thermomix.
    6. Steam on Varoma for 15 minutes (you can steam other vegetables in the varoma if you wish)
    7. Remove lid and use spatula to squeeze excess water from the cooked cauliflower, by pressing down firmly until most of the liquid is gone.
    8. Remove rice basket and discard water, then tip cauliflower into TMX bowl.
    9. Add butter, salt and pepper, the replace lid and MC and whip speed 7, for 20 seconds.
    10. Serve
