Recipe's preparation

    Cucumber salad
    1. Weigh 30 g raw sugar into mixing bowl. Add 60 ml white vinegar. Stir 5 minutes, speed 1 to dissolve sugar. Set aside.
    2. 2. Add 1 clove garlic, one small red chilli and 20 g ginger peeled to the mixing bowl. Chop 3 seconds speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl.
    3. 3. Add 5 lebanese cucumbers, peeled and cut in half to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds speed 4. 
    4. 4. Transfer to simmering basket to drain excess liquid. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
    5. 5. Transfer to ceramic bowl. Add sugar vinegar solution, stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Then I added some crushed peanuts and a bit of coriander/cilantro and it was fabulous!
