- 1 red chilli, fresh
- 20 gram Ginger, peeled
- 5 cucumber lebanese
- 30 gram raw sugar
- 60 gram vinegar (white or apple cider)

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh 30 g raw sugar into mixing bowl. Add 60 ml white vinegar. Stir 5 minutes, speed 1 to dissolve sugar. Set aside.
- 2. Add 1 clove garlic, one small red chilli and 20 g ginger peeled to the mixing bowl. Chop 3 seconds speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl.
- 3. Add 5 lebanese cucumbers, peeled and cut in half to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds speed 4.
- 4. Transfer to simmering basket to drain excess liquid. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
- 5. Transfer to ceramic bowl. Add sugar vinegar solution, stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
