      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Grate cheese if not already grated, add milk, cornflour, salt and pepper to the Closed lid bowl.
    Cook for 17mins, 90 deg, speed 3.

    Once finished, pour over cooked caulifower in a baking dish. Top with some cheese and brown in a 200°C oven.

    This is a nice cauliflower cheese recipe, I ran out of corn flour so substituted with plain, I put in extra cheese as we like ours quite cheesy.Smile
