      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Very quick to make.  Perhaps

Very quick to make.  Perhaps we over-processed it, because it was almost a pesto, however we needed to do this otherwise the almonds were hardly touched.  The salad was also quite sweet.  We used Medjool dates -perhaps dried dates were intended.  We may try again by blitzing the almonds a little then adding the other ingredients and also reducing the honey or the dates. Thanks for the recipe.  Tried this again the next day, using half of each ingredient, processed the almonds first then added 1.5 teaspoon seeded mustard, 20 grams appled cider vinegar with the rest of the ingredients and we enjoyed it much more - not as sweet and a bit more texture.
