      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Excellent mushy peas! The only thing I added was a few pinches of vegetable salt and tiny bit of ground pepper  tmrc_emoticons.)

Just curious about temperature to set when you add the peas. A bit frustrating to get that far and not have all details. Am trying 100 deg.

  • This was delicious. Thank you

This was delicious. Thank you very much. After you put in the peas, is it varoma heat for 5 mins? That's what I did. And then another 2 minutes same speed and temp as my peas weren't quite mushy enough. I was using fresh peas though. Also, I'm guessing it was blend for 5 seconds. That's what I did and it was lovely. Thank you again, Jess tmrc_emoticons.D
