Raw Kale, Broccoli & Carrot Salad

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

Salad

  • 150 grams broccoli florets
  • 150 grams Carrot chopped into 1inch pieces
  • 100 grams kale removed from stem
  • 10 grams coriander leaves
  • 1 Large avocado sliced
  • 1 Tin chickpeas - optional
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 20 grams Extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
  • 20 grams fresh lemon juice
  • 10 grams Honey - optional. I prefer raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except for chick peas, avocado and sesame seeds into bowl 3sec sp5 

    If adding chick peas (this makes it non-Paleo) add them into bowl 3sec sp3 Counter-clockwise operation

    Dish out into large serving bowl or individual bowls and garnish with sliced avocado and sprinkle of sesame seeds

    You can add salt & pepper if you like

Tip
