If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add 500 grams water to the "Closed lid"
2. Spiralise your zucchinis.
3. Put your zoodles in the Varoma dish.
4. Put Varoma into position and put the varoma lid on.
5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, Varoma Temp, Speed 1.
6. Cooking time will depend on how you like your zoodles cooked so start at 10 minutes and add more time to your liking.

Tip
Low carb option instead of using pasta.
If you use less or more zucchinis, cooking time will vary.
Give your zoodles and toss half way through cooking to ensure even cooking.
