Oysters Dub (Oysters with Smoked Salmon Mousse)

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

1 Dozen Oysters

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 250 gram cream cheese
  • 120 gram Pouring Cream
  • 20 gram Ground Parmasen Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tobasco
  • 250 gram Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped dill to Garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. Clean and Shuck Oysters if required


     


    Place dill into TM bowl and chop 3sec/sp7


     


    Add Cream Cheese, Cream, Lemon juice, Tobasco and ground Parmasen and mix for 20sec/sp4


     


    Add Salmon and mix for 20-30sec/Speed 5


     


    Place a teaspoon of the Salmon mixture onto each Oyster.  You can either use a spoon to do this, or a piping bag.


     


    Granish with fresh dill

Tip

The Parmasen add's a sharper taste to the flavour you can adjust this to suit your taste.

 

If you have left over Mousse you can use it as a stir through pasta sauce with Spinach
