- 750g green apples cored and quartered

- 200g Fresh Mulberries
- 3tbs cornflour
- Juice of one lemon

Recipe's preparation
put lemon zest ,sugar salt in jug and mill 1min speed 9
add everything else mix on interval speed till combined
set aside put in fridge
put apples ,cornflour, sugar,lemon juice in jug and chop 3-5 secs speed 5 you may need to scrape down in between dont over chop
place into casserole and mix through mulberries
top with crumble then bake medium oven for about 20mins till golden
crumble

Tip
i made a large one in a flat lasage style pyrex dish to take to bbq but if you want half crumble and use same amount fruit for a smaller round casserole
