      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Defrost 2 sheets of puff pastry - or may wish to make your own
Into your bowl add the raw sugar and cinnamon - mill turbo speed for one second - i like it finer so i turbo again
On a wooden board sprinkle the cinnamon sugar and place a sheet of puff pasty over the top and press down with your hands
Now sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar over the top - now roll approx a centimeter of pastry towards the middle then roll the other side - then fold together like closing a book
Now cut around 2cm lengths down the roll - pinch the ends so they dont open when cooking
Repeat with the other sheet of puff pastry

oven -- preheat to 200 fan forced and place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook till golden brown approx 15mins and flip over to do the base untill golden brown

Air Fryer spray the basket place in 10 and cook 200 deg for 15mins - repeat
