- 250 g Gluten free self raising flour
- 250 g Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 2 g salt

Recipe's preparation
- Put the ingredients into bowl
- Using dough function, knead for 1 minute, scrape down, add 1T flour if too wet.
- Divide into 4, shape into a Flatbread on silicone mat. Can use a rolling pin, or just shape with hands.
- Fry in a med-hot pan, use oil for each side. Fry until golden.
