If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place water and yeast in themixing bowl and heat 2min/37C/ speed 2.
meanwhile slightly grease a large Bowl and set aside.
Add flour and salt and kneat 2min.Transfer dough into prepared bowl.
Cover bowl with a damp kitchen toweland leave to prove ca.30 min.
on a flouered surface roll 10 pieces use a sharp knife and cut it half way through in the middle.
put it on a baking tray and let it proofe for an aditional 20 min.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees and bake for 20min.
