Hands down the best apricot slice recipe I've tried so far. I did increase the amount of apricots to around 250g and drizzled white chocolate over the top instead of the milk/dark choc. Yum-o!

This slice was a hit with everyone from my 3year old granddaughter to my 91 year old father-in-law.  Simple and quick to make. I used Cadbury milk chocolate as the topping and it was super yummy. Enjoy!
