If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place Arborio Rice and milk into the mixing bowl.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes/90'/speed 1.5
- Add Sugar Lightly, Maply syrup, vanilla extract & beaten eggs to the mixing bowl. Then 1 Minute 90' speed 2. Or until combined.
- Serve immediately, To make this dessert even more fantastic than it already is.. pop a dollop of ice cream to serve.

Tip
To make the caramel a darker colour, replace the brown sugar with Darkest Brown Sugar
