  • 75 g almonds, (or almond meal)
  • 250 g raw mixed nuts
  • 150 g Dried Fruit, of your choice
  • 75 g pepitas
  • 100 g dessicated coconut
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 120 g coconut oil
  • 100 g Honey (or Rice Malt Syrup)
  • 1 tsp Vanila

Recipe's preparation

    Paleo Crunchy Museli
  1. Add almonds to TM bowl, mill 10sec/speed 9. Set aside.

  2. Add raw mixed nuts and dried fruit to TM bowl and chop 3 times 1sec/locked]/turbo.

  3. Add almonds, pepitas, coconut, coconut flakes, chia seeds to TM bowl and mix 10sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 3. Place on lined baking tray.

  4. Place remaining ingredients into TM bowl and cook 3mins/60degrees/speed 2 until melted.

  5. Pour evenly into baking tray over prepared nuts/fruit. Cook in moderate oven for 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 10 minutes until golden. Remove and let it cool completely.

Tip

Granola will last in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

    I adjusted this recipe slightly as I found it a bit too sweet. Adjustments are 100g dried fruit, 3 tbs honey & 90g coconut oil. Served with coconut yohgurt & fresh fruit, this breakfast is amazing!
