- 75 g almonds, (or almond meal)
- 250 g raw mixed nuts
- 150 g Dried Fruit, of your choice
- 75 g pepitas
- 100 g dessicated coconut
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 25 g chia seeds
- 120 g coconut oil
- 100 g Honey (or Rice Malt Syrup)
- 1 tsp Vanila

Recipe's preparation
Add almonds to TM bowl, mill 10sec/speed 9. Set aside.
Add raw mixed nuts and dried fruit to TM bowl and chop 3 times 1sec/locked]/turbo.
Add almonds, pepitas, coconut, coconut flakes, chia seeds to TM bowl and mix 10sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3. Place on lined baking tray.
Place remaining ingredients into TM bowl and cook 3mins/60degrees/speed 2 until melted.
Pour evenly into baking tray over prepared nuts/fruit. Cook in moderate oven for 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 10 minutes until golden. Remove and let it cool completely.

I adjusted this recipe
I adjusted this recipe slightly as I found it a bit too sweet. Adjustments are 100g dried fruit, 3 tbs honey & 90g coconut oil. Served with coconut yohgurt & fresh fruit, this breakfast is amazing!
