  • 1 Cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons Rice malt syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Recipe's preparation

    Roasting the Hazelnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius. Bake hazelnuts for 8-10 minutes or until browned.

  2. Rub most of the skins off - they can be a bit bitter (you don't have to be too precise).

  3. Nutella
  4. Place all ingredients in TM bowl (including skinned hazelnuts) and blitz 10sec/Sp8.

  5. Scrape down the bowl and blitz again 10sec/Sp8 or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Jrpaul, I used organic vanilla paste.

    Next time I will blitz the hazelnuts for longer and do first so it is finer (this has a few bits left...!)
