Rustic Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • 250 g Dark cooking chocolate, (broken into pieces)
  • 1-2 trays of ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate
  1. Place broken pieces of chocolate into Closed lid and grate 5-10 seconds on speed 8.  Melt 2 minutes at 50 degrees on speed 3.  Place individual upturned ice cubes on the Varoma tray then pour melted chocolate over the ice cubes (using a spoon), making sure to cover all the sides to form a rustic cup.

    Place into fridge for 5-10mins for a quick set.  Then remove from fridge and allow to stand to defrost slightly.  Slowly ease the ice cubes from the choc moulds. 

    Place in an air tight container for filling with your favourite sweet ~ such as strawberries, cherries or cold custard (made in the TM).  Dust with icing sugar made in the TM.

Tip

Place ice and moulds on the Varoma tray and use the upturned lid as a base to catch drips
