- 100 g sugar
- 180 g chocolate, (dark cooking choc is perfect)
- 50 g plain flour, (can use cornflour)
- 250 g strawberries, (hulled)
- 1 handfull coconut, (optional)
- 2 fresh eggs
- 400 g coconut milk, (1 x can)
- 350 g Milk, (full cream is good here)
Recipe's preparation
Mill sugar, chocolate, flour together for 10sec speed 10. Scrape down.
add Strawberries & coconut and mix together for 2sec speed 4
add remaining ingredients (eggs, coconut milk & fresh milk) and cook for 8mins 90decC speed 4

Tip
NOTE: you can use cocoa powder instead of chocolate. I would suggest about 30g cocoa powder.

I made this at my Tennant Creek cooking class. The strawberries were a few days old and had a nice strong flavour (and lots of juice). It was really popular
