Tip

Double this recipe for a fabulous large family meal, I have halved it now as there is only 2 of us to fill. Reheats beautifully in the microwave. Put in 1 carrot and a stick of celery in step 2 of meat sauce preparation to make a thicker sauce. The cheese sauce is lovely and thick, the beef stock makes such a difference, it makes it a little lighter.

great cheese sauce, I found it very thick so added way more milk which made a much larger serve so no need to double for my family size lasagne.
