If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Chop bacon, garlic, whole mushrooms and broccoli for 5 sec on speed 4. Scrape down sides. Chop for another 3 sec on speed 4.
Add oil and cook for 5 mins, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Add pasta, water, cream, vegetable stock and herbs. Cook for 20 mins, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Scrape down sides of bowl. Add chicken and mix 20 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
