  • 500 grams thickened cream
  • 115 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, ground
  • 105 grams Parmesan cheese

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, cream and cream cheese
    10 minutes / 90°C / butterfly / speed 1 / MC On

    Add garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
    1 minute / 90°C / butterfly / speed 1 / MC On

    Add parmesan
    5 minutes / 100°C / butterfly / speed 1.5 / MC off
