    method
  1. Sterilize your jars

  2. Add all ingredients to tmx bowl.

    Insert butterfly

    Cook 80 degrees, speed 3 for 10 minutes

    I used tin mangos and did double the mix didn't have enough pulp so used the syrup and added 2 extra eggs i used whole eggs not just the yolks and it turned out awesome

    I used frozen mango cubes (slightly defrosted) and 100g sugar.  Very good, a slight tang with the lemon, perfect over mini baked cheesecakes
