- 150 grams red capsicum, Deseeded
- 150 grams Glazed crystallised ginger, Diced
- 1000 grams jam sugar
- 600 grams apple cider vinegar

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place capsicum, chilli and ginger into "Closed lid"
2. chop 5 seconds speed 4
3. Scrape down sides of bowl
4. add sugar
5. add vinegar
6. cook 35 minutes

Speed 4
Replace MC with steaming basket while cooking.
store in sterilized jars
