Ingredients

KFC Style Zinger Sauce

  • 100g --- ketchup
  • 125g mayonnaise
  • 2 level tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 level teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 level tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 level tablespoons chilli sauce, Can reduce or increase according to taste
  • 1/2 level teaspoons chilli flake, dried
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 1 level teaspoons Kfc spice mix, Optional

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix 20sec speed5
    Scrape the mixing bowl and repeat if necessary untill the sauce in well blended.

    Step 2

    Store in a jar or airtight container untill ready to use ( best to prepare at 1 to 2 hours before using, so the sauce will deepen the flavour while in the fridge).
    Note. Leftover sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
