      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pomegranate Molasses
  1. Place all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and cook 40 minutes, speed 2, varoma temp with the MC off.

    Transfer to a glass jar.  Molasses will thicken as it cools. Store in the fridge.

    Thank you! i was keen to try a salad recipe which called for pomegranate molasses. I couldn't find it in any of my local stores so looked up recipe community and voile! Too easy. Do you know how long this will keep in the fridge?

    edited to add that upon refrigerating, this went completely solid and was not usable. Any suggestions?
