Love this recipe. I added Parsely as I have so much in my garden. This is so much nicer than the bought stuff. I freeze some in ice cube trays so I can easily grab when needed for cooking and some in small containers for pizza nights. I make this whenever I can get my hands on some cheap cooking tomatoes.

Love this recipe, have used it couple of times now! Am still quite new to TM but have made this pizza sauce as well as pizza bases from EDC cookbook and it is a keeper! ps how do you get the star ratings to work? Like to give you 5!

This recipie is great. I only cooked it for 1 hour, instead of 1 hour and a half, and then I bottled it. The first time I did it, my family gorged it, before I could bottle it. It is beautiful.
Great recipe. I found the
Great recipe. I found the cooking time too long, but it depends on how juicy your tomatoes are I guess. I also only added half the garlic and no basil so I could use it as plain tomato paste for any recipe. Much tastier than shop bought! Love it
