- 2 duck breasts, skin on, roughly chopped
- 1 Spring Onion (large), roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 75 grams breadcrumbs
Garnish to serve
- 8-10 Lettuce Cups to Serve
- chilli
- Cucumber, ribbon slices
Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TMx, Turbo for several times until a course mince is achieve.
With wet hands roll into patties and fry over a gently heat until golden.
Place patties into lettuce cup, garnish with plum sauce of you wish - check out recipes in the recipe community.
