- Combine water, sugar, cocoa, butter and bicarb soda in Thermomix jug and cook 80 degrees for 3min 30sec/speed 2.
Cool for approx. 15 minutes or until it is cool then add eggs, mix 4 seconds on speed 4. - Add SR Flour and mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.
Bake 20cm lined cake pan on 170 degrees for 40 minutes or in muffin cases for about 15 minutes

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using this for cupcakes, remember to fill the moulds 2/3 to 3/4 full, as the mixture doesnt rise as much in the oven as a more 'traditional' batter.
