  • 440 gram Milk
  • 1 level tsp vanilla essence
  • 300 gram self-raising flour
  • 75 gram caster sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add eggs, milk & vanilla to the mixing bowl.
    Mix 10 sec / Speed 4.
  2. Add flour and caster sugar. Mix 10 sec / Speed 4. Scrape down sides, then mix 5 sec / Speed 4 until just combined. (Don’t overmix — a few small lumps are fine.)
  3. Rest batter for 5 minutes (optional but recommended for fluffier pancakes).
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake into the pan.
    Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
  6. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.

Tip

Thicker pancakes? Add 1–2 tbsp extra flour
Thinner pancakes? Add a splash more milk
