- 100 grams LSA mix
- 150 grams plain flour
- 130 grams unsalted butter
- 2 level teaspoons vanilla essence
- 10 pieces naked ginger crystallised

- Preheat oven 180 degrees, line baking tree with baking paper and set aside.
Add LSA mix, plain flour and crystallised naked ginger into bowel and mix 10 sets speed 9.
Add well softened butter and vanilla essence and mix 5 secs speed 6
Scrape down sides with spatula then combine Dough speed for 15 seconds until dough comes together
Form into small balls onto prepared tray and gently flatten. Bake for 15mins (180 degrees ) or until brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before sealing in airtight container

Tip
You can add more ginger to taste but reduce sugar slightly.
